Sessions cover these 4 core pillars

1. Taste: Developing the same taste as the employer as regards taking initiative and & job expectations, delivery and outcomes.

2. Language: Developing the right spoken and unspoken (body) language, posture needed to receive instruction and correction. (Character and Behavior).

3. Strong sense of identity : Self awareness and being grounded.

4. Personal care and well-being : Hygiene, Mental wellness, Positive perspectives and Affirmations.

In our one-on-one session, I will:

1. Listen to your domestic staff.

2. Identify the underlining issues and address the root of concerns.

3. Train them on the four core pillars.

4. Support your staff with resources and action tasks needed to drive in lessons and produce lasting results.

5. Provide employer with resources to support domestic staff’s learning.

Domestic Staff’s session would involve

1. Two 60 minutes uninterrupted virtual sessions (video) on an agreed platform. (Preferably zoom)

2. Resources & Assignments needed to drive home learning

3. 2 follow up sessions of 15 minutes each and Whatsapp accountability and progress report.

How it works

1. Client makes payment

2. Client fills and submits the form.

3. Book a date and time (based on an GMT +1 time zone/West African Time).

Q: Can I get a one-on-one session in person?

A: No. All sessions are virtual (video calls) for now.

Q: I am outside Nigeria, can I book a session?

A: Yes! This service is available to you no matter where you are in the world.

Q: Can I make payment with a foreign card?

A: Yes you can. Prevalent exchange rate will apply. Payment link will be given to you.

Q: Can I change my date after I have already booked?

A: Yes. However you should inform at least 12-24 hours before your session.

Q: Can I cancel and get a refund after payment?

A: Yes you can. Please see refund policy HERE.

Q: Is a session transferable?

A: A payment is transferable however the session has to be re-booked with the new client filling the form. If session has been redeemed, it cannot be transferred

Q: Can I pay in installments and have a session?

A: Full Payment confirms booking.
